The following is a map of our simplified grid city. The two-tiered star formations mark intersections. The numbers between intersections are the initial values of attributes of those particular path-components (i.e., streets/city blocks). They are in the form:

	attractiveness
	crowdedness

The actual world attributes are in the range [-5..5]; the numbers below are the integer truncations of (attribute * 100). (So, for example, the first path-component on the top row, represented by (228,-308), has attractiveness 2.28... and crowdedness -3.08....) This presentation emphasizes the relative attributes of path-components in the virtual world. (The attributes are randomly generated by Java calls at the onset of the CHARON simulation.)
