I'm a PhD candidate in Department of Computer Science, Rutgers University. My research is focused
on classification and regression methods with their applications in problems like protein-protein interaction
prediction, protein structure quality estimation, and text-classification.
My advisor is Professor Casimir Kulikowski. I also work with Dr. Ilya Muchnik from DIMACS.
