As part of our celebration of Black History Month and commitment to our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, the Office for Research is highlighting three members of its incredible team who represent key areas of the services we offer to our community of researchers as part of our mission to support the research, scholarship, and creative endeavors of ALL Rutgers faculty. Malica Dock, Tunisia Lipford, and Vivian Thomas-McClain tell the story of their professional journeys, including their experiences, achievements, mentors, and what inspires them.
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, announced a historic, transformative open-access partnership with Elsevier, a global leader in information, scientific research, and analytics. The five-year arrangement managed by the Rutgers University Libraries (RUL) will provide the Rutgers community with read access to over 4,600 journals, 1,400 of which are fully open access.
At a time of global conflict when tensions are rising everywhere – including on college campuses – University Equity and Inclusion (UEI) is asking members of Rutgers’ community to engage in conversations about how to “Meet the Moment with Humanity."
