Conflict of Interest Monitors
Overview
An individual with the role of COI Monitor in the eCOI Online Submission Application process has the following responsibilities:
- Review significant financial interests by investigators to determine whether:
- An interest is reasonably related to their research projects and require additional review by a conflict of interest committee, OR
- An interest is not related to the research project and requires no further review
- Review Management Plans are being followed by Investigators on an annual basis
- Approve access to the Department Administrator role in eCOI+
